George previously served as Head of Digital Operations & Private Markets at HBSUK, where he played a central role in the design, build and optimisation of the Virtual Lucy platform.
Alongside his role at FGI Ventures, George is Managing Director of a Greek real estate and construction business, giving him hands‑on experience in international development, delivery and commercial execution.

Seasoned C-suite executive (Chairman, CEO, COO, MD), Entrepreneur and Investor with blue-chip company leadership experience across aerospace, automotive, semicon, telecoms and healthcare.
Mark was the founder/owner, CEO and then Chairman of leading healthcare provider HBS UK until it’s sale to AXA Health in 2024.
Having ‘been there and done it’, Mark is able to share a deep expertise in business transformation, scaling, value optimisation, M&A and company exits
Michael is an angel investor and advisor who has spent his career inside fast‑growth, founder‑led and investor‑backed businesses.
He understands the journey to scale more than most, bringing practical operational insight and strategic clarity to the companies he supports.
He trained with BDO as a Chartered Accountant before operating as an in‑house CFO, external advisor and fractional CFO. In these roles he has been involved in multiple successful exits.
Most recently, Michael served as CFO of HBS UK, leading the company’s exit to AXA Health in 2024.
